Fix for loop in NelderMead algorithm

I have no idea if you are interested in maintaining this package going forward, but just wanted to let you know that it was super helpful with at the very least some prototyping, but this one for loop tripped me up in a few edge cases so figured I would send a PR in case you wanted to fix it.
