Not found on Nuget

Hi,

Thanks for your work on this. I just tried to install using Nuget but couldn't find it by searching?

TLDR: I concur. This project does not appear to be available on NuGet. It would be great if it WAS! :)

TLDR: I sort of added it into my project myself for now. But given that MigraDoc.Extensions is nicely structured into three separate projects for my own solution this is kind of overkill, since I would double the number of projects in my solution, for just 'a small extension package'.

Therefore I manually merged the three into one project for now. But I'd be happy to get them from NuGet, and just have it be some dll's and external references..

I would also like it to be on Nuget. Is this still do-able ? I see that there is no activity since a little bit of time, but can we have it on Nuget if it's stable ?

Hi guys, I have cloned this project and publish this to NuGet. I hope this is okay @benfoster since we also need this instead of having this build and add the dll
