Implement Amey Announcements

It would be great if Phil Sayer & Celia Drummond announcements were implemented into the departure boards. They have been made available at https://github.com/Rail-Announcements/ketech-llpa-announcements

Wow, I didn't know there was such a dataset like this. Thanks for finding this it looks great. I'll take a look into how I could use it for the leddepartureboard website
