PIOBeep always seems to use StateMachine 0

Hi,

I'm still learning about PIO, so apologies if I've misunderstood your intent, but in trying to use PIOBeep.py, I believe line 40 should be using sm_id as the first parameter in the call to StateMachine rather than 0?

Sorry, I've only just seen this as it turns out my spam filter hates github. You're right. I'll update it when I can find some time to test it out again.
