Error when Deploying Metadata

First, I'm a big fan of the SF Toolkit.

I have been receiving an error message during the deployment process. Here's a screenshot.

I am happy to help troubleshoot. Do you have an idea of where I should look?

Are you deploying to a Production or Sandbox environment? Looks like a generic Heroku error. I wonder if deploying to Production via the Metadata API is timing out and Heroku is throwing an error...
