I think you need to upgrade your version of CodeIgniter. What version PHP and CI are you on?

Yea I really need to remove CI from this project, it was just meant to be an example. The CI here is still on 2.1.0 which I think needed PHP...

Hmm maybe try loading the model directly in the controller?

Try adding some logging at each step there that way. Eg, does the model actually get called even if there's no error, does the DB query run, etc

Is a valid code being passed in?

Hey, just got back from vacation. Are you able to reproduce this with a fresh download of Ion Auth in a brand new app? Or just in your existing app?...
