Eliminate STDERR output on non-error jobs.

A one word patch to eliminate STDERR output that occurs at the end of the JobTree run. Galaxy's default behavior is to assume that any STDERR output means there was a problem with a job, thus whe JobTree outputs timing info at the very end of the run it puts the job watcher into an error state.
