Simulation for Arduino eeprom programmer without connecting the EEPROM itself

I have changed the program such that they can be run without actaully having an EEPROM, very useful for simulations. Also if one does not have any Arduino lying around they can run the entire simulation on proteus without connecting any thing to their computer.

However this does not have the display ROM contents and the incomplete Turing version. It only is for the last video in which Ben Eater made it Turing Complete.
