It looks like requests supports utf-8, but only if it is pre-encoded by the caller. Otherwise, it tries to encode both parameters using latin-1. I just came across a recommendation for Shield, but the [website](https://www.shieldproject.io/) seems down. Is there any documentation as to what this project does and how?

Fetch database credentials from hashicorp vault instead of storing them in db

This tool is looking great, would you consider including the ability to use JIT credentials to avoid storing secrets to all the databases inside the application?
