well this is still an issue. it's not stale because a bot says so

@ethomson thanks for the reply. this is stopping us migrating from circle ci at the moment, as the performance hit is too great.

@ethomson just wondering if this ever got prioritized in the backlog? With the introduction of larger github actions runners, it makes it more feasilble for us to move our CI...
