Option to show text instead of first entity

Maybe I missed something but I have the problem when I use the first entity which may become unavailable the hide_unavailable is not working. So I am looking for a way to use a text for the first entity and set the entities to 2 and 3 .

Is there some option for that or do i have to use a maybe text-sensor with no content for that ?

How is that possible? I see that hide_unavailable works always. Provide a short MWE showing your issue.
