Is the code in this repo compatible with the current VuePress?
I came to this repo in an unusual way, so I want to be sure that my perception of it is correct.
My first find (that got me incredibly excited) was VuePress Blog Boilerplate. without studying it completely, it seems to be the implementation of my several weeks' old dream.
Then I saw its GitHub repository and learned that this code is deprecated. The explanation literally takes care of my issues, so I am happy to see your new Blog BoilerPlate.
The question "What does this mean for the for the VuePress Blog Boilerplate tutorial?" has the answer "this tutorial is also deprecated", based on the above-presented relationships between its parts. However, that does not have to be the case, it's safer to ask the author.
A second question (coming from my perception of your profile) is very natural in this specific scenario: would you need an over experienced (and thus very old guy) as a contributor to this project? Here are a few bits about my career https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikolaj-ivancic-6ab948a8/
I do know now that the code in this repository does not match the text in the Tutorial. For example:
Step 1: Create your first blog post says:
Create a new file called my-fourth-post.md in the ./src/blog directory
There is no ./src/blog directory - indeed the whole bens-blog-boilerplate is not a VuePress based template 😢
Most likely @bencodezen took the Tutorial text in VuePress Blog Boilerplate from the tutorial describing the deprecated vuepress-blog-boilerplate - and I stepped in head first from the pure joy of created by the initial scan of the VuePress Blog Boilerplate
Hey @adriatic! Thanks for filing this issue! This repo has indeed been changed since I last updated the tutorial. Sorry for the confusion!

Thank you for the kind offer! What kind of contributions are you interested in?

Yeah this is my fault. I will add it to my queue to revamp the site in the near future. Thank you for flagging this!
Thanks for responding @bencodezen - I believe that I understand the situation: your plan is to evolve the code in https://github.com/bencodezen/bens-blog-boilerplate to fit the tutorial in https://vuepress-blog-boilerplate.bencodezen.io/, with the added "twist": instead od VuePress you want to use Nuxt (this is really unappealing name, by the way).
My situation is this: I am very motivated to finally start working on my IAM concepts (https://github.com/iam-concepts) project that I am brewing in my head for nearly two years, Similar to your experience, I am hesitant to start that without a world class document management system (defined pretty much as this this document)
My offer for help in finishing your blog boilerplate makes sense only if my presence would result in faster delivery, and you are best positioned to make this judgment. In the best case, you ought to be the project leader and fork out a series of tasks (using GitHub to its full potential)
In addition to being a "coder" despite my long career as a development manager on various levels, I am still current in technologies that are being used here), I would like to offer a few ideas for this tool - after I fully understand your plans, which would serve this project best if you document them first 😄.
Important - the fact that I am stating serious interest in this project - if it was finished today, I would likely start using it today to work on my IAM (Identity and Access Management) set of tutorials and examples - so please do not hesitate to say thanks I do not need your help 😉
