Support more/next set of news

I have seen that upvoting and comments are in the pipeline. Any support for getting "more" links. i.e., the next set of 30 links?

Unfortunately I never implemented pages. What would be good is hnews home 2 would get the second page. Hacker New's own pagination isn't so easily accessible with page numbers (e.g page 2 for home currently is https://news.ycombinator.com/x?fnid=KG0e8WfGnJQotCJqWHKA2r) so we'd probably need to use some sort of API instead of directly parsing HN as we're doing now.

I'd happily accept a pull-request though!
