Dumb question

Ok, dumb question, but I'm trying to troubleshoot this, Whenever I try to run mirror_array.ipynb from the main directory, I get this error, do you know how I can solve this? Again, sorr for the silly question, kinda still new to running programs from command line and troubleshooting thm.
