Theme: Bootstrap v5 theme

Hi Ben!

I love your K6-Reporter tools. It's help me a lot. I created new theme to add some variations in the result html design. However I don't know how to make it flexible (user can set the theme using npm). So, I only created the ejs file and of course it's responsive.

I tried around and here is an example on how to make it swtichable. Seems to work https://github.com/fentas/k6-reporter/commit/c10fc88c3222177aa09286136e32cc4f4946b533

Add the option template: 'bootstrap'
