Support MikuInvidious (bilibili redirect)

Turns out there's an invidious equivalent for bilibili which, for obvious reasons, is likely something extremely preferable:

• https://0xacab.org/johnxina/mikuinvidious/-/releases

• https://github.com/moeyy01/mikuinvidious

• https://moeyy.cn/mikuinvidious/

According to the README.md ran through DeepL, it seems that all is required is appending video/[number_ID] to the end of the URL and it'll "just work", e.g:

• https://bilibili.com/video/BV1sa4y1R7g9

becomes...

• https://moeyy.cn/mikuinvidious/video/BV1sa4y1R7g9

　 For user profiles it sounds like you would do something like:

• https://space.bilibili.com/12434430

becomes...

• https:///moeyy.cn/mikuinvidious/space/12434430

But the user profile page doesn't seem to be functioning? (not to mention that clicking the profile link on a MikuInvidious video page takes you to bilibili instead of keeping you on MikuInvidious).

I think the service has been abandoned.
