Silicons can't understand grod

Removing brains from grods surgically acts a bit funky, and makes the brain's examine text display the SSD examining text.

Ctrl-clicking the tiles broke on round 4677, cap couldn't change the tiles to different types.

Additionally, loading a different type of weapon drops the torps/missiles fine, but loading a different type of cannon doesn't drop the cannon ammo.
