Pass changed file name as argument to command

Hi.

Very nice and simple utility, do you think it's possible to make a small change so we can pass the changed file name as an argument to the command we are running? This will be useful when monitoring a folder.

Probably can do the change myself but I do not have Visual Studio so it will be quite a hassle to purchase it just to make a small adjustment and compile the app.

Sounds like a good idea, not sure when I'll get round to it. There is a VS Community Edition which is free.
