[Feature Request] Export/Import Settings

Hi there, I noticed issue #122 was closed without any info provided or anything done.

I really think the feature would be amazingly helpful. When logging in a new device, switching profiles or even when you reinstall chrome you are forced to re-create all your actions. I think a quick json export/import function might be good.
