Not working for selected links in Gerrit review

Using Windows 10 on Edge (supports chrome extensions).

I am trying to open links in a Gerrit Review. I select all the below text, trying the middle mousekey + z does nothing typically, and sometimes deselects,

All the files shown in the review are URLs that open when clicked on.

Any ideas why this is not working?
