Clicking on the conversation tab again removes highlighting

When in a pull request view, clicking the conversation tab twice removes highlighting.

To repro:

  1. Go to some Pull Request
  2. Go to the "Conversation" tab
  3. Click the "Conversation" tab again
  4. Highlights disappear
