Ben's rules of open source order
Like Robert's rules of order, but for open source projects.
- Pull requests should close issues
- No PR is in order that contradicts the README, CONTRIBUTING file, LICENSE, or Code of Conduct
- All votes are by general consensus unless described otherwise
"general consensus" seems to be a very broad term. Does it simply mean lack of objection? If so, who's objection is enough to stop it? A maintainer, A contributors, A Drive by opinion dropper? If there is a lack of consensus, what happens?
