Bug when promote to admin

Describe the bug When I promote a friend to admin or a friend promotes me to admin, the person who promotes becomes muted and doesn't hear the other anymore.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to main page
  2. Click on new room
  3. Set it to private
  4. Promote someone admin

Expected behavior Just to promote the other to admin without anything else

What device are you on? Windows 10, Opera GX

Theory: When promoting someone to an admin, the original person is kicked from the room but can't rejoin because they weren't invited and the UI isn't updated to show that.
