New accounts limitations regarding DogeLog[7]

I am suggesting a feature similar to discord new account limitations, with some additions.

When a new account is created, you cannot type into chat rooms for 10-30 minutes after the account creation, you cant talk in rooms for the same amount of time, but you can listen, nobody stops you from that. Some kind of profile badge like "newbie" would be in place too for some amount of time (1-7 days), but programming badges for profiles is probably too much work without really much usage, so that's just a thought, not a suggestion really.

The advantage of this that it stops people who are toxic and creates new accounts even with VPN, it adds time before they can do something bad again, and the room owner could see that a profile with a newbie badge arrived. Or some kind of status, even Reddit has similar features like this, you can see how much karma users have, how long their account exists, and stuff like that, maybe in future there could be some kind of room settings which would allow you to set that users with only + some time of account age could talk in the room. There is a lot of possibilities for how you can implement this stuff. But I don't think it is really important to do right now.

Perhaps there could be a room setting to only allow users who are registered longer than 5 or 10 minutes. Discord has a similar option.

I agree with @s3ansh33p

This would shift the control over to the room creators and make things more customisable. It's one of those options I think should go hand in hand with slow mode on chat.
