When something is similar, it doesn't mean it's a copy. You could literally show any icon similar to this and call it a copy.

I am not saying it's a copy but a similar icon exists which probably has copyrights and might be a problem in the future.
I mean, this is so general, I think it can't be and/or shouldn't be copyrighted. But I get your point, even the phrase " I ❤ NY" is copyrighted.
I don't really feel like this is another copy, although they look sort of similar.
BTW, you guys are really good at finding similar logos 😂
just add more sprinkles and rotate Saturn's ring. that should solve the problem, RIGHT?
I think that a planet like that is a bit more standard then a copypasta color palette and design

The original logo wasn't similar, it was obviously stolen. Even the color scheme was the same.
