Possibly Update to Newer Bootstrap for Themes

If you could update to the latest bootstrap, I think you can create a variable for a dark-mode option. This software is a perfect tool, but the white background kills my eyes and I can't make an external CSS update work effectively for some reason. I think bootstrap is overriding things.
