Explain how to download and use this?

I am unfamiliar with how to add these to Sublime Text, some brief documentation on how to use this in the ReadMe would be nice.

You need package control installed.. go here to find out how to install it. After then just use shift+cmd+p or shift-ctrl-p and type package control: install package and type computercraft-package
