Access custom helios_election fields

I need to access some of election custom field from helios_election table inside template files

Example : heliosbooth > templates > header.html

And I had find out that all variables are assigned through javascript code inside heliosbooth > vote.html but I'm not sure that how to accesscover_html field from helios_election table through election.uuid
