First character of the scheme component should be checked to be alpha

Wikipedia - Uniform Resource Identifier specifies:

A non-empty scheme component followed by a colon (:), consisting of a sequence of characters beginning with a letter and followed by any combination of letters, digits, plus (+), period (.), or hyphen (-).

The uri-library does not check the beginning and accept all alpha-numeric characters as first.
