Sierra can't focus any window

Screen is completely black and it doesn't focus any window as I switch between apps.

I hadn't seen this problem, through High Sierra. But all of a sudden, I'm seeing it, too. I fixed it by deleting ~/Library/Preferences/eu.willmore.Isolator.plist in home directory.
