Bombs
Notes which remove HP when hit do not have a standard specification on bmson yet.
Given their popularity, I believe we should have a way to specify bombs, whether we'll use a sliced sound (or affect the cutting algorithm at all) or similar.
Besides, I think people have used tricks to do Bombs with special sounds so should we look into this use case as well?
Long overdue discussion. Due to the nature of bombs/landmines, I think using the slicing algorithm is pointless. Bombs do not have a sound associated to them as per BMS, however they have a health depletion rate associated to them.
I think bombs can be implemented similarly to BPM events where only a time, value and lane is specified, where the value would specify how much HP is drained (0% to 100%)
We could make it possible to specify a unique bomb sound, like BMS uses #WAV00 as the sound for bombs.
