Some blocks are not implemented in _size_xl

E.g. checkbox is not implemented in _size_xl. Is it intentionally?

Designers say that the size XL is extremely unpopular and the checkbox of this size is almost never used. Are we sure that we need it?

I think as soon as we have other controls in XL, we should have checkbox as well at least to provide consistent set

I propose to remove this issue from the current milestone cause we've decided that it's not a blocker for v2
