REQUIRED process [planar_segmentation-11] has died! for Stereo Camera

Hello! When I run roslaunch for the stereo calibration.... it runs fine but when play the bag file having the topics /stereo_camera/left/camera_info /stereo_camera/left/image_rect_color /stereo_camera/right/camera_info /stereo_camera/right/image_rect_color /velodyne_points

then ....
