Double colon (::) ligature not rendered properly in IntelliJ

Double colon ligature in IntelliJ is not displayed incorrectly - the succeeding character is rendered too close, as the double colon was one character.

Demo with Full Block and Lower 1/8 Block Unicode characters:

Seems to work fine with Intellij IDEA 2021.3.2 CE!
