Add support for multiple languages

This issue requires:

  1. updating the project to always use a strategy similar to this one that uses the copy.js files for language-specific translations.
  2. adding a UI component to easily switch between languages (suitable for mobile so ideally something subtle in the top-right corner, for example)
  3. creating the placeholders for the translations in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. we could then help with getting the translated strings there.
