Request: Add release tags on GH

Hopefully a small request, but would it be possible to add release tags to this repo?

It would be a great help for downstream packaging, and help clear up confusion around releases. For example, the VERSION file lists the current release as 2024-02-14 but the QuickJS website has the current release at 2024-01-13.
