Mute players

Using this on a server where we have a voice channel to go along with the text channel. It would be nice if the bot could manage muting users in the voice channel during phases. The way I imagine this working would be:

• Mute all players except werewolf's during the night
• Un-mute all players during the day
• Move dead players to another voice channel when dead and then move them back together once the game is over.

This would help make games much more interactive.

Currently the bot is designed to only support gameplay in text channels; I may add a setting to work with voice channels way in the future but the version of the game the bot uses was designed to be used in text channels only.

discord has a new feature of hidden voice chats, maybe kick all players at night and make the wolves join their wolf chat?
