Asset types and asset pairs update

I have updated all the assets and asset pairs to include every asset and pair available except 1inch and its pairs. I have also added the new fields in AssetPairInfo and TradeBalanceResponse.

Please note that I had to omit 1INCH pairs from this update as the consts cannot start with a number. I will leave it to the maintainer of this repository to decide on the best way to deal with this issue.
