[Thaumcraft] Objects needing Aspects

I'm planning on using this as a catch-all issue for all objects needing aspects.

• [x] <minecraft:paper> - 1 cognitio
• [ ] The Betweenlands - look into its drops and loot for items without aspects. Just a quick look through the list generated by Thaumic JEI tells me that the only Betweenlands items that have aspects are those crafted with vanilla items or those with common oredict tags.
• [ ] Advanced Rocketry - There are a bunch of items with unique crafting recipes that Thaumcraft wouldn't pick up on, such as silicon plates or ingots.
• [ ] Items with recipes moved to the artisan's worktables - Since thaumcraft uses crafting table recipes to determine aspects most of the time, recipes that we move to the artisan's worktables might need to have their aspects defined manually. By default, the product will have 3/4ths of the aspects of the sum of all the ingredients.
