Annotation tool: Bird's eye view of image with a box outline indicating zoom position

CPCe has this. Basically, you have a small box off to the side which has a view of the entire image, with a yellow rectangle showing where you're currently zoomed in.

Requested a couple of times over the years, and also by NOAA last week at the SOI workshop.
