Hello The script worked flawlessly until google removed the option to allow insecure apps option. I put another smtp server but now I can't send the backup mail anymore: Same error with both hotmail smtp and smtp2go smtp: invalid BODY Help please..........

I don't have this issue with smtp2go.com

/tool e-mail set address=mail.smtp2go.com [email protected] port=587 \ start-tls=yes user=routernotifications

This is my email config from /tool e-mail export hide-sensitive

I've tried this on both 6.46.8 and 7.6 using as hAP AC^2

As I use this script in my default config using MikroTik's branding package.

Email configuration on Mikrotik ?

If it's a problem with your Google account, you have to create an app password within your Google account and use that in the password field in your Mikrotik's email configuration (user stays the same).
