Describe the bug
From Web tab of https://toga.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference/api/widgets/timeinput.html#toga.TimeInput, the PM is not fully displayed. Either fix the screenshot or the widget.

Goto https://toga.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference/api/widgets/timeinput.html#toga.TimeInput select Web tab
Expected behavior
Fully displayed PM on Web platform

Environment
I didn't run this myself to reproduce, but the screenshot shows it's broken. Either we replace the screenshot or fix this widget.

@freakboy3742 Hmm... I mean this might be an issue with the docs screenshot but also might be with the actual widget as well. Tagging documentation makes sense because anyone interested in documentation will have the nessacary tools to update this piece of screenshot and make a few trivial changes. Thanks for triage.
If it's a problem with the widget, that will become evident when generating the new screenshot. If it turns out to be a widget problem, we can re-classify the ticket.
