Experimental: note link visualisation

WIP

Managed to use ruby-graphviz to produce a visualisation of the interlinks between Noteplan notes.

It's actually very powerful to see how your mind is structured, surprisingly different to how you think it is.

Working out some dependencies on the gem, and will probably conflict with the note file factory from #14.

The default settings piece is interesting too.
