Request: Connect to Bluetooth speaker (AirPods) before switching to speaker

An issue with the current workflow is it fails for AirPods because it's not connected via Bluetooth when the command is run, so I have to manually connect.

It would be nice if the workflow attempted to connect to the chosen Bluetooth speaker if not already connected.
