[Feature request] System notification for DLSS updates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a new version of DLSS is updated we don't know about it unless we manually check.

Describe the solution you'd like If its possible to ding the messaging center I think we should.

Additional context Needs to be user togglable.
