Apiary inspection logger: Bee frame number increments to 'one'

I suggest making the increments of the bee frame ticker whole numbers (1.0, 2.0, 3.0...), instead of steps of 0.1. Usually its fine to round this number for a hive, and clicking it a 100 times for a ten frame box feels off. I'd keep the option of filling in decimals with the keyboard when the number is clicked (as it works now).
