enable saving hive_order array as apiary property

enable saving hive_order array as apiary property, which is an array of hive ids for each hive in the apiary, in the correct order.

Please note: -when hive is deleted, its id should be deleted from the hive_order array as well -for every existing apiary, a hive_order array should be created? -for every hive, the order property is not needed anymore (can be deleted as soon as new drag mode feature is live)
