synchronous option fix not released

Hello team,

Thanks for this superb module. Currently I'm working in a live stdout implementation but 'synchronous' is broken, it's not being pop from kwargs. I saw that 0.10.2 fix it but is not yet released for pip install. Could you please release it?

It doesn't work in 0.14.0 either. It lacks returning subprocess
