Update Jenkinsfile & Fix of JDK link

This PR updates the Jenkinsfile with:

  • new JDK homes installed in the regression testing node.
  • update of the commands for testing the main JDK 21 distributions that are supported.

I would like to merge this PR in order to be able to test Jenkins properly (without using my fork as main repository).

Note: It does not change anything in the code base. It only fixes the Zulu JDK link for ARM 64.
