Block comment on same line as preprocessor directive breaks subsequent formatting

If /* comment */ is on the same line as either the #if or the #endif, formatting will not work. Works fine with a // line comment

In this gif I am editing the file and attempting to format, but no formatting is happening until I move the comment.
